Sabbatical Leave Program

This program enables our student aged 15+ to practice their favorite sports with qualified trainers and perfect their language skills with enthusiastic teachers.
English or Thai Language Lessons (2 hours a day / 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday). At the beginning of the Sabbatical Leave Program the students are tested and placed into groups based on their language skills. The language program is divided into 4 different levels (Absolute Beginner, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).
You will get a chance to practice English and Thai after school since sports and social activities are organized in English and Thai.

MUAYTHAI (2 sessions / 2 hours each daily from Monday to Saturday)
SuperPro Samui is the main Muay Thai camp in Koh Samui. The classes are designed for all levels. Their head coach has travelled a lot all around the world and knows that not everybody comes to train with the same goal. Some people train to learn to defend themselves, others want to get fit and lose weight and there are people that are dreaming of a professional career or want to prepare for a fight. The way the classes are designed helps everybody accomplish their personal goals.
MMA (2 hours every day Monday to Friday)
SuperPro Samui is the only place on Koh Samui where to practice MMA fulltime. They have highly experienced trainers who are able to make the classes accessible for all levels. At SuperPro Samui they have all the facilities you may need for your MMA training (including a professional MMA cage).
CROSSFIT (4 hours a day every day Monday to Friday)
At KS CrossFit you will find multiple daily CrossFit classes for all levels. If you are tired of training with no results and you are looking for challenges, structured workout and quality training, KS CrossFit is here for you. Whether your goal is to facing daily challenges, strengthening, weight loss and toning, participation in competitions or more, KS Crossfit can help you achieving them while maintaining proper techniques and customizing according to your needs. During the class you will practice and learn the techniques of division weightlifting, gymnastics and athletics. In addition, you will be working on all components of fitness such as cardiovascular, muscle endurance, strength, explosive power, agility, flexibility, balance and coordination with various training such as rope climbing, jumping on box, skipping, running, lifting weights, hand-standing and much more.
FITNESS & CARDIO (everyday from 8am to 8pm)
The fitness area is open for all levels and personal trainers are always ready to help you out. The fitness area is fully equipped with all training machines of high quality brands.
YOGA (1 hour / twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday)
Yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up – all at the same time. For beginners, yoga is good for what ails you. Specifically, research shows that yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headaches, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, stress and other conditions and diseases.
